[PaQSO] 2015 Plaque Sponsors

Now that the fun is over for the 2015 PA QSO Party some work is yet to be
done by Mike, N3LI, of the Nittany ARC.  I've tried to contact sponsors of
the plaques as listed on the website and from my spreadsheet of contacts
from last year.  While I have heard back from most there are still a few
that I have not heard back from yet.  In some cases I did not get a reply
but Mike got payment, so those are not included below.

so that I can contact the right person.  I know that club officers change
on an annual basis, so my contact info from the previous year may no longer
be valid.
