[PaQSO] Rarest counties

Good morning....

Some observations from an out of state stations...

I heard every PA county except for Susquehanna.

I heard many PA stations working PA stations that never were "running"
their own county. I asked one PA station if he would allow me to contact
the station that he just worked from Adams county. He stopped his run for
me to work WB3EME. I thanked him for the opp and he continued his "run".
Seems like many stations were going to for the "county sweep" rather than
the "all states/prov and counties sweep".

I'm curious about how many stations operated "S&P" for a majority of the
QP?

I also noticed that there were more "out of state" stations calling CQ PA
than in most of the QPs that I work. I've worked over 250 contests during
the last two years with a majority being QPs. When you start hearing many
OOS stations calling CQ, that indicates that they've worked all the
competitive 'fixed' stations that run continuously and they are waiting on
new mobile or rover stations to work... Basically, they can't do anything
else to make contacts.

I've got an idea... how about publishing a "CQ PA" suggested frequency in
the rules or on website etc... This would be the out of state "run"
frequency. Encourage the PA stations to listen for OOS stations around this
frequency or window..

Thanks again to all the mobile and rover ops. I missed a few mobiles that
I worked last year including N3VZ, W3USA and W3NO. Please recruit a few
more mobiles for 2016, to help keep our BIC.
