Here is the FINAL list that illustrates the planned digi activity for W3C.
Activity for 10, 15, and 20 on Sat and Sun coincides with the Hi-Band
Periods.  They are 15 minutes for RTTY, followed by 15 minutes for PSK.

Digital periods for 40 and 80 were added.  They are also 15 minute
periods... RTTY then PSK.

Please note, 2130Z Sun is the last half-hour of the contest.  We will have
digi running on both 40 and 80 for that last 30 minutes.
