[PaQSO] K3PP in CAR

Unfortunately I will not be participating this year.  I have a wedding I'm
a part of this weekend.  I'm heartbroken, having to miss a PAQP, but you
gotta do what you gotta do.  Ironically this family member got married once
before on Field Day about seven years ago.  I'm not going to his third
wedding, if that happens, I promise you!  So the County of Carbon is up for
grabs.  I'll be back next year, with a vengeance.  I promise.  I'm going to
win Carbon County, QRP, maybe CW Only, and do the 67 county sweep, all in
one swell foop.  :-)
