I would assume not getting a summary sheet is one of the biggest issues? Hence the bonus?

Starting with the 2016 Pennsylvania QSO Party there will be a 300 point bonus for sending in a summary sheet.

Either the sheet provided by the PAQSO, or the summary sheet provided by your logging program.

Either via email or via snail mail is acceptable.
