Ray turned 91 this Father's Day, so I'm glad the article finally made it to the top of the pile after waiting so long. I was honored to present Ray, by surprise, with the National WWII Memorial Medal presented by the White House through the RCA at the May Meeting of my local ARC here in EPA. This was to recognize living RCA Members WWII Amateur Radio veterans. (Ray served in the Navy's Pacific theatre in 1943.)
