[PaQSO] Party announcements

Good day all,

It’s amazing, another party is just around the corner. I have a lot of announcements coming up now and soon.

We’ll be announcing the Bonus Station shortly, this weekend most likely. After the announcement is made - the callsign hasn’t been finalized yet - I’ll have the rules updated and ready to go. 

I’ve made some additions to the Web pages. A long needed guide for Mobiles and Rovers.

Our mobiles and Rovers work hard to make this party a success, and there have always been questions on how to score them, especially for the new ops. Every year I get several different ways that people have done this. And of course it’s a big surprise then their final score comes back as something totally different.

This is just the first volley - the updates will be coming fast and furious soon.

Side note: the operating rules themselves have no changes this year, so aside from the bonus station, everything else is the same. So if any questions arise, you can use the 2014 rules as a guideline until the new ones are out.
