[PaQSO] Couple of Post PA QSO Party Questions

That is correct-County lines give you the 1 QSO and multiple mults.

Check to see if there might be a DEL (Section)  and DCO (Delaware County) mixup in there.

The PDF summary is the gold standard. We have quirky things in the party that are not always covered by logging programs. If you like, I can look at the file to see if I can find the issue.
