[PaQSO] NY QSO Party this weekend

The NY QSO Party is this weekend.  Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to participate in it this year (and if I do it will be very limited time wise).  However I did recently visit their web page and found not only the standard information, but some new stuff including a rarest counties list.  


Its not surprising to see New York (Manhatten) on the list.  That would be tricky to activate from both logistics and security.
