2 Questions:

1.  http://www.nittany-arc.net/entryforms.htm - link doesn't work.. What is
the correct link??

2.  How do I create the proper electronic log file that I need to email in
as my official 2014 PA QSO Party log?  I am using the WB3W software..  I ask
each year, but only doing it once a year, I forget how to do it each Oct..
