[PaQSO] WA3WSJ: Sum Sheet problem

Looking into the pdf issue, it appears the version of the PDF on the website has a problem - I loaded it up, and it won’t calculate a score.

Oddly, the summary pdf within the paqso package does work. And that was made in part from the file that isn’t working now... 

I’ll fix the problem and announce when I have it working and uploaded to the site.
