[PaQSO] Logging dupes

We logged a few appx 8. So it wasn't a lot. Depending on the contest I will scrub the logs for dupes and make an official log and a raw log. I do the raw log so lotw can match the call. Also need to scrub the "/whatever" out for lotw and my awards logging program.
Maybe we can tap bud AA3B for some comments on dupe logging and the / issue.

I agree dupes should be worked and logged - there is no penalty for dupes, and if you are not in the other person's log you will miss out on the Q if you don't work the dupe.
I think the issue may be there are still 1-2 older logging programs out there that do not allow dupes to be logged.
