[PaQSO] Summary Sheet Problems..!!!

I've been having nothing but problems with the PDF summary sheet.. I can fill it in, get all the info showing correct, however, when I try to print it comes up blank again, when I try to save it to send it by email it's back to blank, when I used the "Sign" function nothing changes and it went blank again.. What's going on!@!! Why not an option for a non-electronic version??
