Had a great time as a contest rookie in a rover. Thanks to everyone who had patience with me. Especially thanks to the Nittany ARC for sponsoring.

Things learnt:
1) Need to learn code for VHF and state contests (already knew that).
2) Get my Flex on the road for precise graphical filtering on those crowded bands.
3) Have a realistic schedule.
4) Use spotting nets (but not always possible in hilly back country).
5) Consider putting up a long dipole for low bands instead of the vertical (not always possible).

Next year I'd like to know the most wanted counties to adjust my plans. I was happiest giving out counties that someone needed -- mostly that was MIF & JUN on Sunday.
