[PaQSO] N3VZ Mobile for PA QSO

N3VZ and KC3WX will be mobile this year for PA QSO and this
will be our first shot at it. Plan is to start in Carbon County, cut down and
across Lehigh to Northampton and then up through the Pocono’s, including Pike
and Wayne counties and then west across the northern counties.  We will try route 6 west and see how far we can
get before we cut down to I80 and then back East again through the central counties. Would appreciate packet spots and call outs along the way for needed counties. We'll do our best to accommodate county requests.
