[PaQSO] Vanity Tag Fees Rising To $76

[Mark Schreiner]

Don't all of the citizens of PA have the ear of our State Senators and
Representatives?  It just takes a phone call or email to get that
conversation started!  One person doing so may not mean much, but many of
us doing so would get more attention.
