[PaQSO] (Off Topic) PennDOT Form MV-904 (07-14)

I have two vehicles, one has a callsign license plate already.  Has anyone
been able to get a second amateur radio plate with a variation of the
callsign like "K3NG QRP" or "K3NG 73"?

 It is possible and legal to have multiple callsign plates.  I have K3YD and K3YD-2.  I suppose if you are rich enough to have nine personal vehicles you could have [callsign] -2 to [callsign]-9 plates.
