[PaQSO] Results update

Clarion Co. single op record still hasn't been updated.....

NN3NN (op NO3M) 2009, 174633 pts, Single OP CW Only, Clarion Co.

I'm looking at the certificate on the wall.  It can also be verified 
with results here:

Not sure why this hasn't been updated, I've sent Emails to N3LI in 2011, 
2012, 2013 regarding the record update; never got a response, so I guess 
the list will be the best place.
