[PaQSO] party change mailing

Today I sent out a mailing to members of the ham community who have submitted logs in recent years regarding the changes to the party.

Not everyone who participates is on the reflector, so I wanted to update as many people as possible. So if you received a personal email from me - that was from the mailing. Some folks in here will of course already know about the changes.

To the best of my knowledge, I’m don’t anticipate doing this again, but if anyone takes umbrage at getting a mass emailing like this, you can hit the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email which will remove you from the listing.
