[PaQSO] Web page update

Good day all,

The web pages have been updated as of last night:
http://nittany-arc.net/PAQSO.html

I've switched to a more friendly CSS stylesheet that will allow me to make
changes and additions a lot easier. The way it was before, seemingly minor
changes often required  major rewrites and massive tweaking. The pages
should also load faster.

Other additions are an update on the W3TDF bonus station plans for 2014,
with the counties that will be activated.

Plaque sponsors will now be able to pay for their plaques on-line if they
wish.

and the Paypal link is at the bottom of the page.

Webstore now has the same look and feel as the rest of the site. Which was
what prompted me to learn more CSS in the first place, the old version of
the site did not play well with PayPal buttons.

And as noted, I forgot to put the previous years results on the main page -
I'll add them back in on the next update.
