[PaQSO] Re-Introduction

Hi Tom!

Welcome back!

I have been absent from the PaQP for a few years but plan to be back in the saddle again this year as a portable op in Warren county.

I have always totally enjoyed the PaQP and felt lost on the 2nd full weekend in October when I didn't operate.  

Looking forward to hearing you with the MI mult, and hope to give you WAR several times!!
