  Hi, Hank. I reposted Bob Famiglio's letter here (in 4 manageable parts) to benefit PA hams on this issue and actions so far, and planned. There is no "diatribe," and I certainly don't see any "panic" in a summary of facts.
Please don't criticize Bob's actions; he is a ARRL Volunteer Counsel for EPA and we're fortunate to have such distinguished representation with his credentials, with all due respect for your own.
Direct any flames at MY feet; I'm the one who posted it here because I thought it deserved wider attention than it got. By the thanks I'm getting off-list, I'm glad I did.
