[PaQSO] Response to Mark K3MSB

Mark,

    SPARC, operating as K3IR for the PAQP, will be on 6, 2 and 70cM. We
should be able to reach you on 2 if not all three bands. We can run SSB,
Data and FM. I am glad to see some 6M discussion. We are working hard to
get our VHF/UHF rotor system on air in time for the party, and hitting the
bonus station with it will make all the climbs up the tower worth it.
