[PaQSO] Not on for contest from PA

I will not be on from PA for the contest.  In the past few years I teamed
up with W3NO and we did mobile and rover operations using his call.  This
year I am skipping the trip north for PA and NY.  Instead I will be heading
to CA to give that contest a try.  It's something I've always wanted to do
so I can hear what the midwest and east coast sounds like out there.  For
CA you can look for me operating from rare Alpine County at 7,000' as
AD8J/6.

So some of you mobile and rover operators may want to increase your time in
ELK, WARREN, McKEAN and FOREST since that is where we liked to hang out in
the past.  I will probably be on some from NC and look forward to working
all of you in PA.
