After a several year absence, KB3CO and KQ3F will once again prowl the
highways and byways of PA for the QSO party.  We've developed a rather
ambitious schedule, subject to change for any of a variety of reasons.
We'll try to be on both CW and SSB from each county, but no guarantees.
