[PaQSO] Web page update

The web pages have been updated for the 2013 PAQSO Party, at

First thing, I have to issue an apology. Due to my absolutely abysmal failure to communicate to my supervisors, I cannot announce what I really wanted to do, which was to eliminate the mailed in summary sheet requirement. My fault, I simply must communicate better to people.

I promise y'all this, if we still have a mailed in summary requirement next year, it will be someone else telling you.
 
Okay, enough of that.

We have added a class for Mobile Multi Op. This is to give the folks who operate solo the chance to compete separately. The rules are on the website.

In other news, I want everyone to know that the Quarter Century Wireless Association is the Bonus Station for the 2014 PAQSO Party. Hilltop Transmitting Association is the Bonus station for this years party. The discussion on the web a few weeks ago might have left people confused about who was doing what.

The web pages now use CSS, which should be a big help in having them look right. I've tested them out in Safari and Firefox. Send me feedback if you have any issues, and remember to refresh your browser if you seem to be getting old pages so that you can get a new copy of the pages in your cache.
