[PaQSO] Some Party errata

Greetings,

Doing some housekeeping in preparation for this years party, and I have overlooked announcing the new records that were set  in last year's party.

A Multi-Multi record for Montgomery County was set by Station N3QO with a score of 67,262, eclipsing the previous score set in 2001 by almost 50 thousand points!

K3MJW set a new Westmoreland County record with a score of 362,384. He beat his previous Westmoreland record of 259,976 set in 2007.

Station N3AD set a new Lancaster County record by scoring 251,488 points. Previous record was held byKu3G who scored 171,696 points in 2009.

And Breaking new Ground, was Portable-Multi Station W3EC, with a score of 164,350 in the New Portable Multi Class.
