[PaQSO] When R (or Were) PAQSO logs due?

I vaguely remember that in past years we were forced to send a Snail 
Mail letter to the Nitany ARC, with a broad hint that a few $$'s 
donation would be appreciated to cover expenses.  Is/was this true for 
this year?  Is Paypal accepted by the Nitany ARC?  Is there some other 
way to get $$'s for the event?  Seems an anachronism to need to pay for 
privilege to pay.

Yes, I know, I know that it co$t$ money to put on $omething like a Q$O 
party, but blatant begging $eem$ a bit out of the ordinary.
