Oy, working mobile is really diving in at the deep end if you are new to QSO Parties.

Dupe sheets are not needed with electronic logging systems.
Anyhow, the PAQSO Party is pretty much a one person operation. With all the different programs out there, it would be a tad difficult to keep up. Remember that I have not only the latest versions, but entries of just about every version of every logging program out there. Plus Excel spreadsheets, plus some really unusual stuff, like Jpegs of scoring sheets. 8^)
Basically, what you need is one summary sheet that covers the entire party. This will look pretty much like the summary sheet that everyone else submits.
After that, you need a summary sheet for each county. This sheet has the contacts that you made for just that county, the bonus earned for that county, if any, and the mults for all of the QSO party.
I highly recommend using our on-line summary sheet - especially for mobiles. It will calculate the score, and add the bonus points.
Side note: many people want the individual mults made for that particular county, and many people more or less start the log and mults over for each county. No. Don't do that. That makes the individual county summary sheets have absolutely no relation to the final summary. In any event, we correct that when they get here, but it's a big help if they come in right in the first place.

Operating mobile is an interesting task. I enjoy it a lot, and there is a technique for sure. We do differentiate between single Ops, and multiple Ops because the multiple Ops have a big advantage having a driver+operator. This allows them to rack up the bonus points. What I do is map out a route that will take me through a number of counties in a fairly efficient manner, paying attention to the rarer ones. In years past, I've concentrated on Northern PA on day one, and Southern PA on day two.
I'll be looking forward to your logs, and will let you know if any corrections are needed.
