Ditto to what Tim said. I also get lots of ARRL and RAC mults working 20,
15, and 10m. I worked a good number of west coast stations, but there were
a bit less (from that area) than last year.

Subject: [PaQSO] 20 meters and other musings

Hello all,

As for this PA op, and in a semi-rare PA county (Some years, PHI is outright
rare), I was on 20 and 15 meters often.

My incentive is that there are a lot of mults out west and other places to
which 40 and 80 are not propagating.

Ok, ok..I only have a simple dipole for 20 and 15 meters.

But I know that I was being heard on the West Coast with often a decent
signal because I did work several WC stations that replied readily.

Its not holes in the propagation. Its simply that out of state
stations are not actively calling PAQP.

PAQP has always been an intra-state centric contest. And thats ok.

But one thing is for sure; you won't work them if they aren't there.

73 all,

Tim
