That was pretty cool - Made our day!  So, on behalf of The Gang at WW8OH - COOKEN ARC, Newark, OH - many thanks for taking time to compile those stats.

As regards the  Texas-sized controversy, to paraphrase..." You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cant please all of the people all of the time."

Still, the comments have value, from the perspective of making a state QSO party even more visible on a larger scale. Spots  ( on select boards ) make sense to me.  They certainly help level the playing field for stations located beyond a 1000 mile radius of PA. And they also bring more players into the fold.  So it's something to consider, IMO.

And, beyond the competitive side of operations, some folks  might join in just to provide a new county for others  in search of.... their own personal quests. 

So while it's hard enough to make a Clean Sweep, or win your county, there are plenty of other options for those of us of a certain age or proclivity, who favor a more relaxed approach to things. Multi-multi operations; or  even more casual handing out your county for those around the state, country and World.

Kudos to NARC, and everyone who  participated.  See you in 2014!
