[PaQSO] N1MM Scoring Bug?

I noticed this also, when I questioned it someone told me it is because you 
get 2 multipliers for these, one for the county and one for the ARRL 
section.

It seems to me the N1MM program (version 13.9.1) is adding two additional
mults in the scoring summary sheet.  It looks like it's duplicating EPA and
WPA.  I also notice it in the status bar where it displays a /2 for the two
additional mults.

Anyone else see this?
