Hi Matt,

In your questions about the log submission process, there are several different things you have thrown together, and it is hard to answer in the way you presented it.

The official format that the PAQSO Party is Cabrillo 3. We do accept paper logs however - some mobile Ops use them as well as some old timers. SO we still get a number every year. We do want a USPS summary sheet. This should be the last year for that requirement.
