[PaQSO] WB3W software log file

OK.. I remember asking last year, but how do I get the proper log file I
need to submit for an electronic log using the WB3W Logging Software?  The
info isn't located, at least that I can find, in the Help area.

If I recall, we need to submit a Carbrillo format file but don't know how to
do it from this software.  Anyone know how?  Are paper logs (such as a cover
sheet) still required via USPS or are electronic logs-only permitted now?
