Wow.  What a great QSO Party.  Saturday it was like shooting fish in a
barrel.  It was great to have good high bands in contrast with previous
recent years.  I exceeded my QSO goals nearly each hour and ended the day
well above my target.  Sunday on the other hand was a continual uphill
battle right from the start and I lost the lead I accumulated on Saturday.

This year I changed things up a bit and decided to go all CW.  I knew I
would lose some Qs from not running phone, but I figured I would make up
the points concentrating on CW Qs.  It definitely impacted my ability to
work counties as I missed nine: TIO, SUL, MTR, BED, WAY, FRA, NUM, and
(believe it or not) LAC and LYC.  (Lycoming County, Muncy and Williamsport
- my old stomping grounds, where were you on CW?)  I made 15 less Qs than
last year, but I definitely scored higher, a personal best of 204,756
points.

I get the feeling K3PP got the Carbon County title, though.  He was going
like gangbusters and was above 1K Qs last I heard him.  He was stacking up
Qs like cordwood.  I anxiously await Glenn's report :-)
