And the Title Bar of the Multipliers window will include the count of worked sections and counties.

I'll be happy to tell you where to go. (With N1MM to find Counties and
Section, of course)
Go to
Window
Multipliers
and then choose
"Other" for PA counties
and
"Sections" for US/VE sections
Not sure about whether the sections are identical with what PAQP wants,
but that's the interpretation of the rules which the programmers used.
