[PaQSO] PaQP and SAC Contests

Listening this morning, the bands are in great shape. This includes 10  
meters, where the Scandinavian stations are booming in. Their Scandinavian  
Activity Contest (SSB) is going on through 1200z tomorrow. It's exchange is  
RS/Serial Number, so it will be easy to make QSOs with them that will also 
count  in PaQP. Just include your county, which they likely won't care about, 
and log  them as "DX".
 
Along with the Arizona QSO Party, whose exchange is also serial number,  
state, & county, this may be what it takes to get a critical mass of PA  
stations on the high bands and get some interest from the rest of the country  
and world.
