[PaQSO] WA3WSJ/pm in PAQP 2013

Hello all,

Please listen for WA3WSJ/pm,  that's pedestrian mobile, this year in 
the  PAQP.
I'll operate on 20m and 40m CW and maybe some SSB as I walk across 
Skyline Drive overlooking the City of Reading, PA in Berks County. 
There's no classification for /pm so I guess you'll just put me down as 
WA3WSJ/BER etc.

I'll be walking across Skyline Drive operating my Icom 703 Plus on an 
ALICE Frame.
My power source will be my water bottle Li-ion 16.8v/7.2ah battery - 1.3lbs.

I'll be mobile, but just slower! My top speed will be around 2-3 mph -hi!
