Anytime someone bullies me in private email regarding a public post, I out
them.  I don't care what anyone says about private email being private.
 All bets are off in my book when someone uses private email in this
fashion.  Name names, please.  It's the only way to stop online bullies.

But on a friendly side note, I would caution everyone about off topic
posts.  The topic of the reflector is the PA QSO Party.  It's for posts
about the PA QSO Party, not PA, not general amateur radio topics, not beer
parties, etc.  While some may think a topic may be of interest to many
people on a reflector, if it's not regarding the topic of the reflector,
it's naturally offtopic and decreases the signal to noise ratio.
