[PaQSO] 2013 Bonus Station

The crew of this years Bonus Station W3ZGD Hilltop Transmitting
Association, YRK will be conducting a dry run during the IARU contest this
weekend.  We want to identify any potential interference problems that
could occur.
So plans are progressing and it will be OCT before you know it.
Also we will be running Digital so get the word out to all your Digital
friends.
