[PaQSO] Certificate

After coming home from a business trip last night, I found a certificate
for Carbon County waiting for me in my mailbox.  Many thanks!

Larry, I'm running out of walls over here to put these certs on.  I'm going
to need to buy a house with more walls soon or maybe I could build a maze
in the basement so I have more wall space.  Actually, the maze may be a
good idea as the XYL wouldn't be able to find me as easily.
