[PaQSO] Preliminary scores update

The preliminary scores were updated today:

A change was made to the database that inadvertently put the DX scores in the In-State prelims. That has been corrected and the DX scores are where they should be now.

Otherwise, it was just some class changes and miscellaneous stuff.

Make sure to check it out, and let me know of any discrepancies or concerns.
