[PaQSO] Preliminary results update

The Preliminary results pages have been updated at:

http://www.nittany-arc.net/PAQSO.html

this evening, two logs added, a few corrections made.

Remember to clear your browser cache if you don’t see a date of 12/08/2013 for the date in the upper right hand corner of the pdf files. a cached browser will show the same file, and besides, the files have been moved to a different folder. So if you get a 404, you need to refresh the PAQSO.html page.
