Wine glasses would be a pain to ship. Imagine how many broken ones would be
received.

Everyone has way too many coffee mugs. 

Shipping costs for beer would be outrageous (unless store coupons were
sent).

T-shirts and hats are not fragile and shipping costs would be very low
compared to heavy beer steins, coffee mugs and wine glasses.

 

On another note, I tried mobiling in the OHQP this past Saturday.
Unfortunately, Murphy came along for the ride and squashed my plans. Only
activated Ashtabula Cty. for 45 QSOs before packing it in and heading back
home. The issues WILL BE FIXED before the PAQP!
