[PaQSO] Promotional items

I know of two vendors, both hams, who will do coffee cups relatively
inexpensively and in small quantities.

Both also do shirts.

Neither of them is, at the moment, "officially" selected by the contest
committee... and I have a feeling that one of them may not be interested in
any "official" designation.

But the point is that even if there is a low demand for a given tsotchke,
someone can be found at a reasonable price to provide the item.
