[PaQSO] Promotional items

It would be cool to offer something that exudes the Pennsy personality, kinda like CA does with the wine and WA does with the smoked salmon. 

A lump of coal? A Philly cheesesteak? THERE's a shipping challenge! Hmm ... I've lived in this state for all of my 53 years and I'm struggling to think of something! Then again, I'm severely sleep deprived after traversing too many time zones and DXCC entities in the past weeks!

I'm looking forward to rocking the airwaves in Rocktober!
