[PaQSO] Portable Multi - Multi Question

My club is looking into a portable operation this year in conjunction with our fall picnic.  It would definitely be portable and definitely be multi-operator.  We have not decided on the number of transmitters.  The entry division "9.h. Portable Multi-Operator" is silent about the number of transmitters.  If we run multi transmitters would we be in the "9.h. Portable Multi-Operator" or "9.f. Multi-Multi" division?
