[PaQSO] PA Plans

This year will be a rover operation.  We will be using the call W3NO/R
and will be running a KW into dipoles.  Operation will be both CW and
SSB.  

Saturday will be from:  WARREN, FOREST, ELK and McKEAN.  We 
will repeat several of the same counties after dark on 75/80 meters.

Sunday is subject to change but most likely will be from:  BUTLER,
VENANGO, MERCER and LAWRENCE.
