[PaQSO] county lines on fjp program

If the PAQSO module is like the Illinois version, you log each county in
a new line when you are in a single county and working a multi county
line station.

IF you're on a county line, the IlQP version asks you to list all the
counties in the setup, then when you work a single county station, it
automagically makes two to four lines in your log (In Illinois you may
operate from a "corner" where four counties meet.)

I downloaded the N3FJP PAQP version 2.2, and it appears that it works
eggaktly like the ILQP version. When you're on a county line, you enter
one of the counties in initial setup, then do a "Change county" and
there's a place for adding multi counties.

I was on a four county corner a few years back in Illinois, it really
helped to have paper on hand when one ran across another multi county
line station. :)
