[PaQSO] One summary for each county?

OK, I will take a shot at asking the dumbest question of the year.
XYL Laurie (KB3GLX) and I hit the road and made at least ten contacts in
each of 21 counties.
I see that I am to submit a separate summary for each of those counties.
Must the summary sheet include a county/section count?
If so, is my final score the aggregate sum of all section scores?
